About The Fine & Country Foundation

About The Fine & Country Foundation
The Fine & Country Foundation was established in the summer of 2014 to help combat homelessness.

Malcolm Lindley, Founder and Trustee said: "At Fine & Country we are very fortunate and privileged to be involved with beautiful property and places on a daily basis, but we cannot and will not ignore those on the other side of the coin.”

We work together with a number of homeless charities in the UK and internationally to fund projects and charities who need it most because everybody deserves a place to call home.

Raising money

DocuSign, an electronic contact system is our leading initiative, launched in May 2018. Fine & Country agents donate £100 of their commission per sale to The Foundation and invite their clients to contribute. The donations raised either go to a specified homeless charity or into our grant pot.

Additionally, our offices raise money for The Foundation through fundraising events. We host and take part in a wide range of activities throughout the year, from fashion shows to treks to Kilimanjaro. There is something for everyone. You don’t need to be a member of Fine & Country to take part, so why not find your favourite event on our calendar here.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Contact us today for a bespoke event to support a homeless charity of your choice. Email foundation@fineandcountry.com or call +44 (0)20 3368 8221.

Where do your donations go?

The Fine & Country Foundation supports homeless charities and poverty prevention schemes in the UK and overseas. Fine & Country agents and members of the public raise money for either a homeless charity of their choice or for our grant pot.

Every donation is given to a specific project within the charity so you can learn about how your hard work and generosity makes a difference to those who need it most.

Donations to our grant pot are distributed twice a year. In March and October each year, registered homeless charities are invited to apply for up to £3,000 of funding for their projects. Charities have asked for a range of items, including: mortgage payments, workshops, furniture and move-in packs.

In 2018, we launched our grant programme and supported 25 homeless charities in the UK and overseas with £119,380.04 distributed. Find out more about these projects here.

If you know a homeless charity that needs funding, invite them to apply for a grant:
Spring: 1st-31st March
Autumn: 1st-31st October
