As restrictions across the UK continue to fluctuate, organising fundraising events is becoming difficult and unreliable. There are however a number of things that you can do, which take a matter of seconds to set-up but can result in donations being made to charity. One of these is easyfundraising. Easyfundraising is a platform which turns your everyday online shopping into donations for a cause of your choice, at no cost to you. How does it work? When making purchases on hundreds of online retailers, the retailer makes a donation based on a percentage of what you’ve spent. For example, Booking.com contributes a 4% donation. Let's say you fancy a winter weekend getaway and book two nights in a hotel, coming to £300. That’s instantly £12 to a charity of your choice, and not a penny extra from your pocket.
