“We have loved bringing up our family here but they have all flown the nest and now it is our turn to move on. We fell in love with the house when we first saw it because of its character, the location and the facilities such as the paddocks and stables as well as the swimming pool that was in a somewhat parlous state when we moved here. However we have enjoyed returning it to its former glory as well as updating the house to be suitable for 21st century living.

 

It is great having the house close to the village of Minster with its Abbey and Church that was originally founded in 670AD, yet we are right out in the countryside where it is very quiet and peaceful. At the same time for commuters the village has a mainline station for the high speed train to Canterbury and London as well as a range of shops, pubs and restaurants.
