About the property

“We moved here in 1979 with our parents as an inter-generational house. It has been a wonderful family home over the past nearly 40 years and it is where all our children were brought up. It will be a great wrench to leave, however we now feel it is time to downsize and move nearer our daughter and grandchildren. Over the years we have enjoyed updating the house and the garden with a new kitchen, bathrooms and redoing all the outside space.

 

There is real community spirit in Cliffsend and we have a number of activities that take place in the village hall including yoga, dancing, keep fit, art classes and short mat bowls. There is also a garage and a shop/post office that operates regularly in the village hall. We are not far from Minster with its range of shops, pubs, restaurants, hair and beauty salons as well as the Thanet Way for access to London.
