“We have thoroughly enjoyed running the bed and breakfast here for up to 10 guests a night for many years but feel it is now time to retire and start a new chapter in our lives. During the time we have been here we have upgraded the property and redesigned the ground floor to provide us with our own private quarters and put in the new kitchen which makes it easy to cook breakfasts for the guests.

 

One of the great advantages of Carena House is its position. You can walk into the centre of the city of Canterbury in under 10 minutes where you can revel in the historic buildings, enjoy some retail therapy among the high street stores and individual shops, tickle your taste buds in a wide variety of bars and restaurants or take in the entertainment offered at the Marlowe or Gulbenkian theatres.
