LOCATION Troston is located approximately 5 miles north east of Bury St Edmunds and has a church and pub, The Bull.The property is set within a small development of four homes and also benefits from easy access to Honington village where there is a good school and village hall where there are often events going on.A bus stop is conveniently located outside the entrance to the development from where there are regular bus links into town.
SELLERSINSIGHT We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here, it is so peaceful and has been a fantastic family home for us, our children and now grandchildren when they visit!
Our favourite room is the living room, we enjoy sitting and looking out into the garden where we often see deer in the forest and many types of birds including woodpeckers and even a golden pheasant occasionally!
We love entertaining during the summer in the garden and we are never stopped by the weather as we have a fantastic covered decked area where we often BBQ as a family.
