SELLERSINSIGHT Cockfield House has been an wonderful family home for us, we have many happy memories of beautiful summer days in the heated pool and cosy winter nights in front of the log burner with friends and family - it is a great party house! A particular favourite time of year for us is the arrival of the wild ducklings on our natural pond in the Spring.
We take pride in our home and have made considerable investments over the years to create a lovely, bright contemporary house. This has included most recently, a large investment in new windows and doors by Timer Windows - they look gorgeous and have improved the overall energy efficiency. The recent addition of our extensive patio and lighting have made the back garden come to life both during the day and at night - these investments have made a big difference to our house.
We love being up the road from the market town of Bury St Edmunds and the mainline rail services from Stowmarket for trips to London. Having the fabulous local shops and pubs in the stunning medieval town of Lavenham just an 8 minute drive away is great - we really are in beautiful part of Suffolk.
