Fine & Country estate agents to scale new heights for charity

Fine & Country estate agents to scale new heights for charity

Calling all thrill-seekers, explorers, and adventurers! A group of dedicated estate agents from Fine & Country are preparing to embark on an epic 15-day expedition to Everest Base Camp, scheduled for the end of March 2024. This journey isn't just about coming to face to face with the world's tallest peak; it's a mission with a heartfelt purpose - to raise funds for the Fine & Country Foundation, an organisation committed to supporting local, national, and international charities in their battle against homelessness and poverty.

The upcoming expedition promises to be an extraordinary adventure, led by a private tour team comprising Sherpas, expert guides, and professionals from Intrepid travel, ensuring a secure and immersive experience. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the breathtaking landscapes and culture of Nepal while making a difference in the lives of those in need. The expedition will span approximately two weeks, taking into account one or two additional days allocated for travel to and from Nepal. This extended journey will allow the adventurers to acclimatise and immerse themselves in the culture and natural beauty of the region.

The primary goal of this intrepid journey is to raise funds for the Fine & Country Foundation, an organisation that is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of the less fortunate. The Foundation's mission revolves around supporting charities from around the world in their collective fight against homelessness and poverty. Nepal holds significant meaning for The Foundation, with the remote hillside village of Thangpalkot1 in the Sindhupalchok district of Nepal fully reconstructed in a joint venture by The Fine & Country Foundation and Campbells Foundation, after it was struck by a devastating earthquake.

The expedition is scheduled to commence around the 20th of March 2024, allowing participants to enjoy Nepal's spring season, known for its favourable weather conditions. The total cost of the expedition, including flights and anticipated food expenses, is estimated to be between £2,800 and £3,100. An initial deposit of £200 is required upon booking.

Bert Rogers from Fine & Country Droitwich Spa, one of the agents behind this incredible initiative, shared his excitement: "I believe this once-in-a-lifetime expedition will not only provide us with an unforgettable experience but also an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those less fortunate. We are thrilled to be part of this amazing adventure for a noble cause."

Fine & Country and the participants of this expedition invite the community and adventure enthusiasts to join them in supporting the Fine & Country Foundation's mission. Donations and sponsorships are welcome here to help make a difference in the fight against homelessness and poverty.
