The Fine & Country Foundation is proud to announce that it raised £116,826 during 2025, bringing its total funds raised since inception to an impressive £1,191,120.
The funds raised throughout 2025, combined with money carried over from a bumper fundraising December in 2024, enabled The Foundation to donate £124,960 during 2025 to a range of charities and causes working tirelessly to fight poverty and homelessness both in the UK and internationally.
The Foundation’s success would not be possible without the unwavering support of the Fine & Country network and the generosity of the public, who have championed the many events and initiatives organised throughout the year.
Throughout 2025, members of the Fine & Country network undertook an array of inspiring fundraising initiatives. These included an Everest Base Camp hike, IRONMAN challenges, marathons, Autumn Ball events, sponsored sleep outs, golf days, coffee mornings, and the much-loved Carols by Candlelight Concert. In addition, many agents pledged ongoing monthly donations or committed to donating a portion following every completed property sale, demonstrating a shared dedication across the network to support those most in need.
Commenting on The Foundation’s achievements, Emile Despois, Trustee of The Fine & Country Foundation, said: “Raising over £116,000 in 2025 is a tremendous accomplishment and a testament to the passion and generosity of the Fine & Country network. To have now surpassed £1.19 million raised since we began in 2014 is something we are incredibly proud of. Every event organised, every challenge completed, and every donation pledged contributes to meaningful, life-changing support for those experiencing poverty and homelessness. As we look ahead to 2026, our commitment remains stronger than ever to continue making a tangible difference.”
With spring on the horizon and fundraising efforts gathering pace for the year ahead, Spring Grant Applications will open on 1 March 2026 and run until 31 March 2026. During this period, agents from the Fine & Country network can nominate a charity to be considered for a grant of up to £3,000, giving regional organisations and grassroots initiatives the chance to secure vital funding.
Donations received by The Fine & Country Foundation are distributed through its biannual Spring and Autumn Grant Schemes. The more The Foundation raises, the more grants it is able to award, extending its reach and strengthening support for vulnerable individuals and families in communities across the UK and overseas.
Through nominations from the Fine & Country network, charities delivering essential services, from poverty relief to community wellbeing, can access funding that enables them to expand their impact. Grants awarded through the scheme have already provided crucial support to numerous organisations, empowering them to continue their work and respond to growing local needs.
Continued support is essential to ensure that The Foundation can maintain and expand its impact throughout 2026 and beyond.
