Isabel takes on her first 5K for The Fine & Country Foundation

On 11 October, Isabel Neighbor of Fine & Country Chichester will take on a personal challenge with a purpose far bigger than the finish line: running her very first 5K at the Goodwood Motor Circuit to raise funds for The Fine & Country Foundation.

For Isabel, taking on a 5K is a new challenge. But behind every step is a desire to support people and communities facing homelessness, hardship and some of life’s most difficult circumstances.

Isabel originally set herself a fundraising target of £100, and there is still time to support her challenge. Every donation, however large or small, can help turn her personal achievement into a meaningful contribution to people who need support.

More than a run

Homelessness can affect people from all walks of life. Behind every statistic is an individual, a story and someone who deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life.

Since its launch in 2014, The Fine & Country Foundation has become the charitable heart of the Fine & Country network. Remaining true to its original mission of combating homelessness, The Foundation has also expanded its support to communities experiencing crisis across the UK and internationally.

Thanks to the incredible commitment and generosity of the Fine & Country network, The Foundation has now raised and donated more than £1 million to charities making a tangible difference on the ground.

Emilie Despois, Trustee of The Fine & Country Foundation, comments: “It is wonderful to see Isabel taking on her first 5K and using the challenge to raise awareness and funds for The Fine & Country Foundation. Every fundraising effort contributes to something much bigger, helping charities provide practical support and hope to people facing incredibly difficult circumstances. We are hugely grateful to Isabel and to everyone who chooses to support her.”

Turning fundraising into real impact

The money raised through events such as Isabel’s 5K directly supports The Foundation’s biannual grant programmes, held each spring and autumn.

Through nominations from the Fine & Country network, local charities and community organisations can apply for grants of up to £3,000. These grants can provide vital funding

that enables organisations to continue delivering essential services, supporting vulnerable people, protecting those in crisis and strengthening communities where help is needed most.

A donation to Isabel’s challenge therefore goes far beyond helping her reach the finish line. It contributes towards projects that can create lasting, positive change for individuals, families and communities.

Take a step towards a brighter future

Isabel’s first 5K is a personal milestone, but it is also an opportunity for the Fine & Country community and its supporters to come together behind an important cause.

With every step around the Goodwood Motor Circuit, Isabel will be helping raise awareness of homelessness and the challenges faced by people in crisis, while contributing to the vital work of charities supported by The Fine & Country Foundation.

There is still time to support Isabel and help her reach, and perhaps even exceed, her £100 fundraising target.

Donate to Isabel’s 5K for The Fine & Country Foundation.

Together, we can turn one person’s personal challenge into something that makes a real difference, encouraging compassion, supporting positive change and helping more people take steps towards a brighter future.

Good luck, Isabel!
