The Fine & Country Foundation is delighted to announce the opening of its Autumn Grant Programme 2025, commencing 1st October, offering essential funding to charities both in the UK and overseas. Since its inception in 2014, the Foundation has championed organisations tackling homelessness and poverty, and the Autumn Grants provide another opportunity to continue this vital work.
Now in its eleventh year, The Foundation continues its biannual grant scheme, with funding rounds in Spring and Autumn. Each charity is nominated by a local Fine & Country location, helping to strengthen the connection between agents and the causes that matter most in their communities. Grants of up to £3,000 are awarded to support projects delivering essential services, long-term care, and vital resources to those most in need.
The Spring 2025 Grant Programme saw 29 charities receive a total of £50,572. Recipients included Habitat for Humanity GB, The Amber Foundation, YMCA Fairthorne Group, Cocoon Care Aftercare, and many more, providing funding for projects such as community shelters, food banks, mental health services, and family support programmes.

Emilie Despois, Trustee of The Fine & Country Foundation, reflected on the impact: “We were incredibly proud to support 29 charities in Spring with vital funding that will help them carry on their life-changing work. These grants represent more than just financial assistance, they showcase the power of community-led action to combat homelessness and poverty.”
Orly Waugh, Grants Coordinator at Save the Family, highlighted the practical impact of the Spring funding: “This grant will ensure that every family we support will be greeted with a safe, welcoming home, equipped with essential items such as bedding, toiletries, kettles and toasters. This allows families, including those fleeing domestic violence, to focus on building resilience and aspiration for the future, free from the worries associated with their homelessness.”

Applying for an Autumn Grant is straightforward: Fine & Country agents complete a short nomination form for their chosen charity. Applications for the 2025 Autumn Grant Programme will be accepted from Wednesday 1st October until Friday 31st October 2025. Following the submission period, The Foundation board will review applications and select successful projects to receive funding.

Since 2014, the Foundation has raised over £1,000,000, a milestone made possible by the dedication of its network. As it continues its mission, The Foundation encourages the public to get involved, including through its annual Carol Concert in Cambridge this December. Through the ongoing dedication of its offices and supporters, the Fine & Country Foundation continues to make a tangible difference in communities, one grant at a time.
